Mindfulness is the practice of being intentionally and non-judgmentally aware. Through mindfulness and meditation we can develop the ability to slow down, pay attention and start engaging with life in a different way. By being more present in our lives we are able to better understand our triggers, learn to respond instead of react, and enjoy the little moments that make up our everyday lives.
