Buddha Bowl Guide
I love me a good buddha bowl. It’s pretty much my go to meal because I know I can open up my fridge and throw a bunch of things together with a drizzle of sauce and it’ll be healthy, delicious and quick.
It’s also a great option for meal planning if you’re solo or want to prep lunches for throughout the week. I often will cook a full pot of rice or quinoa, bake a sweet potato and chicken breast at the beginning of the week and then the options are endless of what I can put together.
